He was a former comics illustrator what has developed a style in the molds of the great Fernando Amorsolo and Sofronio “Sym” Mendoza. Joe Hilario however, admits that he was greatly influenced by the two masters yet he also admires the works of other impressionist. Joe has mounted exhibits at selected venues and galleries nationwide. He has showcased his distinctive style of rural scenes, golden fields and majestic sceneries.
