Rico Palacio , a seasoned visual artist hailing from Palo , Leyte . Having retired from his position at ATI - RTC 8 , Rico now serves as the president of the esteemed Kasugbong Art Group in Tacloban City . Additionally , he holds a position as one of the board of directors of the SINAG Art Association of Dulag and is a valued member of the ARTPalo Art Group . 

Rico's artistic endeavors began in earnest in 1982 when he delved into various mediums such as oil paintings , watercolors , and sculptures . Since then , he has remained actively engaged in his artistic pursuits . honing his skills and exploring new techniques to express his creative vision . 

In 2016 , Rico had the honor of showcasing his talent and creativity in a solo art exhibition , where his mixed media artworks captivated audiences and garnered acclaim . With decades of experience and a steadfast commitment to his craft , Rico Palacio continues to make a significant impact in the art community , leaving a lasting legacy through his remarkable creations .
