Warren is an award-winning fine artist, born May 29, 1973. He started in the arts in 1993 after high school. In 1995 he met art critic Bobie Valenzuela of Hiraya Gallery who mentored him about the importance of narrative in painting, there he also met the young Borlongan, and Justiniani who taught him also some techniques. In 1997 he awarded as "Juror's Choice Winner" by the NCCA, during "The Diwa ng Sining 3rd  Biennial Arts Awards" at Megamall Art Center. In year 1998 he obtained "Finalist Award" in the Philippine Centennial National Painting Competition, at AFP Museum, Camp Aguinaldo, Q.C. On April 2, 2011 he graduated and obtain his Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts at Philippine Women's University- Taft Ave., M.M. During college- he won the grand prize award in the Philippine National Oil Company Art Competition; his composition about ex-President Corazon C. Aquino which exhibited at National Museum was purchased by the Aquino's; and he included in the "Petit Format" Fine printmaking group exhibition at Cultural Center of the Philippines which all took placed in 2010. In 2017 and 2018 he achieved a back to back  Honorable Mention Awards in the (AAP) Art Association of the Philippines Annual On- the Spot Painting competition. And respectively in 2017 he won again an Honorable Mention Award in the GSIS Annual National Art Competition.
